SportsEngine Integration

SportsEngine serves as the source system where league information and schedules are created and maintained. MYL integrates with SportsEngine through the Sync feature.

Let’s walk through the synchronization process.

1. Log in to MYL and select the desired league from the league selector in the top-left corner of the home screen.
2. Go to Scheduling/Games, open Utilities, and select Schedule Officials.
3. On the Schedule Officials page, click Sync SportsEngine Schedule to open the SportsEngine Sync Hub.
4. Choose the league and enter the date range for the schedules you want to import.
5. Click Load Divisions, then select the divisions you want to synchronize.
6. Click Start Sync. MYL imports the selected schedule information into its database.
7. After the sync is complete, return to the Schedule Officials page, enter the same date range, and click Search.
8. Review the imported games, then assign officials, manage games, and email schedules directly from MYL.

By following these steps, you can quickly import SportsEngine schedules into MYL while keeping both systems aligned and reducing manual data entry.
